Rich Ricci has been a leading executive in global financial services for 15 years.
Rich was a founding partner of one of the world’s leading investment banks, Barclays Capital, and was a key member of the senior management team that led the turnaround of the world’s largest asset manager, Barclays Global Investors (BGI). He also led the organisation, negotiation and execution of the deal to purchase Lehman Brothers and its integration into Barclays. Rich was instrumental in guiding Barclays safely through the financial crisis which began in 2007, and he continued to drive the business with strong results through to the first half of 2013.
Rich announced his retirement from Barclays in June 2013. He now spends his time investing and/or participating in early stage companies.
